Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

Make to your liking!

You will need:

  • 1 lb Chicken
  • 8 ounce softened Cream Cheese
  • Shredded Cheese (your flavor)
  • Hot Sauce (your choice, depends on how spicy you desire)
  • Ranch (your choice of brand, and put enough so the dip isn’t too spicy – again, depends on how spicy you desire)

  1. Cook chicken thoroughly. Shred chicken with fork or mixer. (I recommend a mixer; it is super quick)
  2. Mix Chicken, Cream Cheese, Hot Sauce, and Ranch in a big bowl with mixer or heavy spoon.
  3. Add Cheese and mix well. More Cheese, the more Cheesy the dip will be.
  4. Add Hot Sauce.
    • You want the dip to be creamy. So add enough Hot Sauce and/or Ranch to reach your desired blend of spicy/ranch flavor and so it is creamy.
  5. Place in oven safe dish and bake at 325 ° for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle Cheese on top and ENJOY!
